- 16 large prawns 16只 大虾(这里用的是green tiger prawns)
- 6 garlic clove, crushed 6 片蒜,碾碎
- 1-2 red chillies, very finely chopped 1-2个红椒,切碎
- 175ml olive oil 175 毫升橄榄油
- 75g butter 75 克黄油
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 汤匙巴西里
How to Cook
- Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails intact. Preheat the oven to 220degree. Sprinkle the garlic and chillies into two cast-iron or gratin dishes. Divide the oil and butter among the dishes.
